Starting Rates

Tuesday-Thursday $115 per hour, 3 hr min or

                                 $600 full day rental 9:00am-10pm

Friday -Sunday $500 partial day three time slots available

                            9:00am-1:00pm, 2:00pm-6pm, 7pm-11pm

                           $800 full day rental 9:00am-10pm

What's Included in the Rental Fee

Full access to venue for setup, vendors, event, teardown, according to rental times

Personal On-Site coordinator and table/chair setup assistance

Up to 6  60" round tables

Up to 2  30" round tables

1  36" square table

Up to 3  30"x72" rectangle tables

Choice of white or black table linens to use on in house tables (additional linens $15 per linen)

Up to 64 white banquet style chairs

4 berry colored velvet tufted settee benches

2 fully stocked restrooms

Refrigerator/Freezer for storage

Prep Kitchen including sink, microwave, and toaster oven

Available for an additional fee

Additional tables $15 per table

Additional chairs $5 per chair

Full service place settings including porcelain plates, beverage goblets, and silverware $10 per person

Linen napkins $2

Additional Table linens $15 per linen

Bartender(s) for any BYOA events $35 per hour/3 hr min

Use of venue serving pieces/chafers/utensils/dispensers/cake stands - Ask us

Ice $2.50/10 lb

FAQs

Q. Do you offer alcoholic beverages?

A. No. Our venue is BYOA. If you are planning an event at which alcohol will be served, we require the use of our TABC certified bartenders.


Q. Do you offer table linens or place settings?

A. We offer at no additional charge white or black table linens for house provided tables only. Paper/Plastic plates and plasticware are provided with Corn Fed Catering buffet service. Anything beyond that will need to be rented or will come with an additional charge.


Q. What kind of decor do you offer?

A. Our venue is neutrally decorated and beautiful as is. There are curtain lights, a beautiful floral mural, wood look flooring, original stone walls, barn door decorative and closable shutters, tall ceilings with original shiplap and iron crystal chandeliers, coach lights, and even led back-lights in our restrooms! Candles, candleholders, lanterns, hand made signs, table chargers, china, and tabletop and floor easels are available to rent. Please submit your requests in advance.


Q. Do you have decoration restrictions?

A. Please remember to allow time for setup/decorating and cleanup after your event in your rental time. For instance, if your event is 3 hours, you will need to reserve an extra hour or two (depending on how extensive your decorations are and how long you expect cleanup to take). We ask anything that is brought in for your event is removed by you. This includes boxes and packaging. Please DO NOT BRING loose confetti or glitter to decorate. (This includes balloons with confetti inside.) We also ask that all candles are battery operated. No live flames. unless specifically discussed and agreed upon by us. Sparklers are allowed outside the building only. No hangers that will permanently cause damage to or holes in walls/ceiling are allowed. Command strips are allowed. Under NO circumstances should any adhesives, tape, or pins be placed on or in the floral wall mural! Doing so will incur a damage fee of not less than $100.


Q. I'm too busy to plan an event. Do you have a planner that can handle and coordinate my event?

A. Absolutely! We can do ALL the work. From arranging vendors to setup/decor. You provide the budget and we provide the dream! The sky is the limit.


Q. How many people does your venue hold?

A. Our space can hold 48 seated at six 5-foot round tables, 8 per table, and 70 cocktail party style. As much as we've tried, we are not able to "flip" the space for weddings AND receptions. We have several local venues we can refer you to if you need space for one or both.  There is also public space available through the city. The Tabernacle on the square or the Pavilion in the park are close options as are several local churches that are mere minutes from our venue.
